This contemporary beach house was designed to take full advantage of its oceanfront location. The 4,200 square foot home features floor-to-ceiling windows, multiple outdoor living spaces, and a design that blurs the line between indoor and outdoor living.
Working with the challenging coastal site, our team designed a home that would withstand the elements while providing panoramic ocean views from nearly every room. We incorporated sustainable materials and energy-efficient systems throughout.
